Scope of Service: The marketing agency (Serp More) will provide a domain, hosting, and content for the purpose of generating leads for business owners. The business owner will have the right to use these resources for the duration of the lease period, as agreed upon in the contract.
Term: The lease period will begin on the date of payment and will continue for the agreed-upon term, as specified in the contract. At the end of the lease period, the business owner will have the option to renew the lease for an additional term.
Payment: The business owner will be required to pay a monthly fee for the purpose of generating leads. If the business owner fails to make timely payment, the marketing agency reserves the right to terminate the lease and revoke access to the resources.
Use of Resources: The business owner agrees to provide true information about their business for Serp More to use in generating leads, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The business owner is solely responsible for the content that is posted on their website or other online presence. The marketing agency will not be held liable for any actions or consequences resulting from the business owner’s use of the resources.
Termination: Either party may terminate the lease at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the business owner will no longer have access to the domain, hosting, and content provided by the marketing agency.
Warranties: The marketing agency warrants that the resources provided will be in good working order and will function as intended. The marketing agency will make reasonable efforts to fix any issues that may arise during the lease period. However, the marketing agency cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the resources and will not be liable for any downtime or other issues that may occur.
Indemnification: The business owner agrees to indemnify and hold the marketing agency and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the business owner’s use of the resources provided by the marketing agency.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of MI. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of MI
